CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made outside of this window will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and a charge of 50% of the remaining service balance. All booking fees are non-refundable.
